Most people have experienced some form of breathwork, at least in the more typical meditative way, as slow and deep calming breaths. There is another type of breathwork that is much more intense, emotionally evocative and mind-altering. This method of conscious connected breathing, (a deep and more rapid breath) is what is most often used in a one-hour (or longer) Transformational Breathwork Journey. The experience is enhanced with evocative music, and my verbal guidance supporting you and coaching you to keep going diving deep into your body and your subconscious mind, to release old emotions, and to call in what you truly want.
This type of breathwork session can be intense, may trigger emotional release, can induce states of bliss, is likely to temporarily produce altered consciousness, distorted sense of embodiment, feeling out of body, feelings of tingling, energy flow, dizziness, and altered perceptions, possible involuntary twitches or body movements as energy and emotion is released.
